Traveling Merchant Stardew Valley

How to Get a Pearl in Stardew Valley

Stardew Valley features the Traveling Merchant as a saleswoman who sells an assortment of items that cannot be purchased anywhere else in-game. She can also sell items outside their normal season which could help complete bundles at the Community Center.

The Traveling Merchant can be found near your farm at the southern edge of Cindersap Forest. She drives an antique wagon towed by a purple pig and offers a vast selection of goods at higher-than-usual prices; many items cannot be purchased elsewhere within Cindersap Forest itself!

She can be particularly helpful during winter, when most crops can’t survive due to cold temperatures. With her wide selection of seeds – some even rare like pearls and octopus tails! – she provides you with enough food items and nutrients for survival through winter without needing to plant new crops yourself or purchase them elsewhere.

From her, you can purchase various accessories and furniture items such as chairs and tables, unique decorations such as windmills or statues for decorating your home, and an abundance of vases.

One of the most frequently asked questions about the game is how to acquire pearls. While attending a mermaid show can be the easiest way, living away from beaches may make this more challenging; but don’t despair: there is another method available that allows you to gain a pearl without waiting until its next showing!
