You Are Sleeping And You Are Hungry

Have you ever been confused on whether you are hungry or sleepy? Although this riddle has been around for some time, people still love to solve the puzzle. The latest version of this riddle has swept social media, and has been shared by everyone from nerds to children. Learn how to solve it by reading on! Eat something if you feel hungry! Otherwise, you will feel hungry again!

If you are hungry right before you go to sleep, it may be a sign that your body isn’t getting the fuel it needs. If you’ve skipped a meal or aren’t properly fueling your body with the right nutrients, you might be prone to wake up hungry. Your body may be requiring more energy than usual. Other reasons can include medical conditions or medications. To know what is causing your hunger, consult a dietitian.

First, you have to get up. When you wake up, you must open your eyes to see what’s around you. Then, you open the refrigerator door to get some snacks. Finally, you reach for the snack. You’re not the only one awake in your sleep. Answer: Eat something that gives you the energy you need. Your eyes will open first, followed by your mouth.

If you eat a substantial meal during the day, you may still feel hungry at night. To avoid this, ask yourself whether you’re actually hungry or merely craving something. Whatever the case, you should honor that craving. If your body tells you to eat, do it! You’ll be glad you did. It’s a good habit that you should develop. You’ll be healthier for it in no time.

Avoid eating before bed if you feel hungry after a long day. Many people skip breakfast and prefer to eat their entire fridge for dinner. But if you find that you are hungry right before bed, think twice about your midnight snack. Research suggests that avoiding foods before bedtime can improve the quality of sleep. Caffeine, for instance, can increase the rate of neuron firing in the brain system, keeping you awake.
