Members gain access to training and mentorship from select Traver Partners, such as destination specialists. They also benefit from accessing tools designed to increase productivity. Members may attend joint marketing programs with select supplier partners as well as cruise ship tours, inaugural trips and special events. When they reach LevPRO status they will have direct access to Lori Speers – CEO of levarte travel who will sit down with them and create a custom strategic plan designed to scale their business and reach its goals.
All bookings should be recorded on the Advisor Hub res entry form after creating a confirmation number or holding group space with suppliers, regardless of whether a deposit has been paid by clients. Failing to do so could cause delays with communicating and documenting supplier communications directly with clients and may delay commission payments back to advisors.
Before booking any reservations on behalf of their clients with travel suppliers, advisors must obtain copies of both the client’s driver’s license and front and back credit cards, along with copies of any bills sent from those suppliers. In the rare instance that there is any discrepancies with those bills received, it is the advisor’s duty to quickly work with those suppliers towards resolution of issues if any arise.
