If you’ve been neglecting your teeth for a long time, it’s never too late to start brushing them. You will have less plaque if you brush your teeth more often. Brushing your teeth will kill off the bacteria, which will eventually lead to plaque buildup and decay.

Brushing your teeth is just as important as taking care of your body. There is still hope for those who have neglected their teeth for a while. You can brush your teeth today, even if they have been neglected for a while.

Children need to be taught how to brush their teeth. During their early years, it’s best to supervise. You may be able to get your child to brush his or her teeth on his or her own when he or she reaches puberty.
