Tyrell Fortune is a mixed martial artist who has been active in the MMA world since 2013. He is from Portland, Oregon, USA. He holds American nationality and belongs to the mixed ethnic group. He attended Grand Canyon University and has a height of 1.85 meters and weighs 111.7 kilograms. He is currently single and has not revealed the details about his personal life.

Fortune began his MMA career in high school, where he was a two-time state wrestling champion. Later, he went on to represent Grand Canyon University in NCAA competition. He trained at Blackzilians in Boca Raton, Florida, the same training camp that produced Vitor Belfort and Eddie Alvarez. Today, he has signed with Bellator MMA and is competing in the heavyweight division. Fortune’s professional fights have averaged 1.9 rounds.

Fortune did not get off to a good start against Cleveland, but he landed a massive right uppercut that sent Cleveland against a fence and forced referee Jason Herzog to stop the fight. Fortune is now 12-2 with nine finishes. He’s also the seventh-ranked heavyweight in Bellator.
