Pokemon GO Introduces Halloween Cup Research
Pokemon GO is getting a new Timed Research system in the Halloween Cup Timed event. The new feature requires players to engage in PVP battles in the GO Battle League in order to complete timed research tasks. Hopefully, this new timed research system will streamline the research process.
Timed research in Pokemon GO’s Halloween Mischief
In October, the game will introduce Timed Research, which will be focused on Pokemon that participate in the Halloween Cup in the GO Battle League. It will also feature special research stories and costumes. The Timed Research will expire on October 31st at 10:00 AM local time. This event will be available on iOS and Android.
The Timed Research is a special research quest in Pokemon Go that rewards you for completing various tasks. It can be done up to two times per day, once at the start of the event and once at the end of the event. Each time you complete a Timed Research task, you will receive twice as many Pokemon Candy.
There are a total of five Timed Research tasks for Halloween Cup. The event runs from Friday, October 22, at 10:00 am local time to Sunday, October 31, at 8:00 PM local time. During the event, Halloween Mischief Pokemon will appear through various means, such as spooky masks and ghoulish items. On the last weekend of the event, Raid Weekend will occur with Mega Absol and Darkrai.
Research objectives
In the new Pokemon Go event, Ghoulish Pals, players can complete research objectives to earn Candy. The objectives focus on Ghost-type Pokemon. Once completed, these objectives unlock rewards, such as a bonus Candy, which helps you evolve your Ghost-type Pokemon. The event runs from Friday, October 22 at 10:00 am local time until Sunday, October 31 at 8:00 pm local time.
The rewards of the Pokemon Go Halloween Cup are less than you might expect. For example, you’ll receive fewer Candy than you might expect, since you’ll need to spend time in the Battle League against some of the game’s most skilled players. Then, you’ll be rewarded with little more than Pinap berries, which are useless without a large supply of Candy. Nevertheless, the game’s new challenge mode is a fun way to earn Candy and gain experience in Pokemon Go.
The new event is divided into three parts. Each part provides a different set of bonuses. Each part of the event also focuses on a different type of Pokémon. For example, in order to get the new Shiny Spinarak, you must fight in the GO Battle League and participate in PVP bouts.
