I’d love to have the perfect day, with nothing standing in my way. But how can I have that? The first step is to think about what I would want to accomplish and what obstacles I’d need to remove. This is my day. I want to wake up feeling happy and full of life, not stressed. What would you do? I would go for a run, jog, or do some other fun thing that would make me feel like I’m in control.
