The funeral will be officiated by Reverend Eric Miller from Gratiot Park Methodist Church. On April 5, 1947, Retha Mae Davis Sparrow was born in Blakely, Georgia. She grew up in the Early County School system and was a member of Mount Olive Missionary Baptist Church. She was retired from being a babysitter and she remained a member of the church. She enjoyed gardening, reading, and bird watching.

George Alexander was born on May 30, 1970 in Blakely, Ga. He was the son of Malene Alexander and Henry Alexander. He was preceded in death by his father, his mother, and his mother-in-law. He was surrounded by his loving family. His funeral will be held at Peaceful Rest Cemetery.

Sister Tommie Mae Smith was born on February 12, 1952 in Blakely, Georgia. She was the daughter of Tommy Day and Lillie Mae Kegler. She was the Usher at The Upper Room Ministries Church and she was the Sunday School Secretary. She was married to Linnes Finney, Sr. and they had five children. She was preceded in death by her father, her mother, and her brothers. She departed on November 7, 2022.

Jeffery Cumming was born on April 27, 1975 in Washington, Georgia. He was the son of Bessie M. Cumming and Bishop David D. Cumming. He was a member of Mt. Olive Baptist Church. He was also a former member of the Washington High School class of 1958. He was a resident of Warthen, Georgia. He died on Tuesday, December 6, 2022 at Piedmont Hospital in Macon, Georgia. He was a former member of Star Light Lodge #95 of Blakely, Georgia. He was a Master Mason and he held the Lodge Treasury.

On January 15, 2022, Constance Marie Lewi passed away. She was the oldest child of Herbert Thomas McIver and Emma Lois McIver. She was a member of Springfield Baptist Church. Her funeral will be held at the chapel of All Faiths in Milledgeville, GA. Her services will be officiated by Pastor Mack Jackson. She is survived by her son, James Frederick Mills. She is also survived by her grandson, Joshua Edward Upchurch.
