Hopi Travel Plaza
Located in Holbrook, Arizona on the western edge of the Mojave desert hopi travel plaza has it all. Among its many attractions is a full-service restaurant, a high tech fuelling station and the latest in mobile technology courtesy of a state of the art micro lab for testing the latest in car compliancy detection. Its newest occupant is the Hopi Tribe Economic Development Corporation (HTEDC) who has embarked on a multi million dollar re-invention of the landmark truck stop, with an eye towards making it a thriving tourism hub. Besides reviving the sexiest of all of the taverns in Holbrook, HTEDC also aims to reinvigorate the old joes with a modernized onsite business office complex, and a flurry of upscale hospitality ventures, including a full service hotel and an RV park in the works.
