New Store Opening at King of Prussia Mall
Free People is a specialty fashion brand offering trendy casual clothing for women. It offers quality accessories, shoes, and intimates. Located at King of Prussia Mall, Free People is part of URBN’s unique retail experience at the Pavilion at King of Prussia Mall. As a URBN member, the brand can co-locate with other brands. The Pavilion at King of Prussia Mall is designed to offer customers a customized shopping experience, where each brand is showcased alongside the others in one location.
Free People will open a new store in the King of Prussia mall on October 13, 2016. The new store will be 8,244 square feet and include an in-store beauty and wellness boutique. Additionally, the store will carry expanded product categories, including casual day dresses, intimates, and footwear. Customers will be able to schedule one-on-one appointments with stylists, and interact with the brand through the brand’s online community.
The store’s interior features reclaimed wood flooring, sparkly mirror tiles, and carved wood columns. It also has a large brass “Free People” backlit sign atop the entrance. To flood the space with natural light, new skylights were installed. In addition, the store features four fitting rooms and phone charging stations.
FP Movement is a brand within the Free People family that offers performance ready activewear, including workout gear, elixirs, supplements, and nourishing skincare products. Founded in 2014, FP Movement is the brand’s new fitness-focused line of clothing. In addition to fitness wear, FP Movement also includes a hand-picked assortment of supplements. FP Beauty & Wellness will also be available at the store, which will include haircare and makeup.
The first FP Beauty & Wellness shop in the United States is at Free People’s King of Prussia store. This beauty shop will feature skincare, makeup, and elixirs. FP Beauty & Wellness is a part of the brand’s wellness focus, and is available at all stores.
Free People will also be celebrating its opening on Thursday, October 13. At 6PM-9PM, there will be an elixir bar with SunPotion, an FP Beauty & Wellness demo, and mantra weaving with Aarona Ganesan.
