The building is a class “A” medical office building built by TRITEC Building Company. It is managed by TRITEC Asset Management. This medical facility is a multi-specialty facility that’s more than 120,000 square feet and has room for expansion. It has a complete imaging center and offers services for x-rays, mammograms, ultrasounds, bone densitometry, CT scans, and MRIs.

Stony Brook Hospital

Stony Brook University’s new Medical and Research Translation Building, located on the university’s medical campus, is designed to bring together health care professionals and researchers in a cutting-edge environment. The new building will support Stony Brook University’s efforts in providing transformative health care services.
